I use my full experience in management consulting, nonprofits, and the arts in my work and am adept at working with people from varied backgrounds. In addition to my work as a psychotherapist in private practice, I also co-facilitate training groups for Chicago Booth MBA students via the experiential Interpersonal Dynamics course and provide bilingual clinical consultation and supervision to clinicians in the U.S. and China. I am astute, compassionate, dynamic, and deeply committed to my clients' healing and growth. I am keenly aware of the mutual influence that individuals and groups have on one another. I engage my clients not only on the inner- and inter-personal levels, but also in the contexts of their intersecting roles and identities. I am fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and can supplement my work with advanced French and intermediate Spanish. I hold a B.A. with honors in Economics and Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University.
